Non Refundable rate (NRF):

• Non refundable rate reservations can not be cancelled and or modified anymore once the reservation has been confirmed. No refund will be possible in case of a modification and or cancellation.

Standard rate (Individual booking)

• Less than 7 days before date of arrival: first night charge
• No show will be charged for the total amount.

Group reservation (= more than 5 rooms )

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR

(*) groups = Every booking of 5 or more rooms

Please note citytax is not included in the roomprice and will be charged upon check in.

Effective from 01-01-2024: citytax will be 12,5%
